Cup snapshot workflow
The product is built around a photo or snapshot of a Turkish coffee cup.
Tellwe
Tellwe turns a snapshot of Turkish coffee grounds into a playful, character-led story based on their shapes—created for entertainment, not fortune-telling.
Overview
Tellwe is an entertainment experience built around Turkish coffee cups. Users snap a cup, and Tellwe spots shapes in the coffee grounds before turning them into a playful story.
Its purpose is to make the familiar coffee-cup reading ritual interactive and narrative-driven. The site positions the result clearly as entertainment only, not as a prediction or factual reading.
Features
Shape spotting
Tellwe looks for visible shapes in the grounds as the basis for its output.
Story generation
The detected shapes are turned into a story rather than presented as a plain visual analysis.
Character-led results
The experience uses a playful, character-led presentation to give each cup a distinct narrative.
Variable storytelling
The same coffee can lead to different stories, according to the site's “Same coffee. New stories.” framing.
Use cases
A playful coffee ritual
Take a snapshot after finishing a Turkish coffee and use the grounds as a lighthearted prompt for a short story.
Social sharing
Try the experience with friends or guests as a conversation starter built around the shapes each person notices in a cup.
Repeat exploration
Return to the same coffee or repeat the activity over time to see how the storytelling experience changes from one reading to the next.
